Hong Kong is a coastal city and major port in Southern China. Though Hong Kong is under China, it has it’s own governing and economic system. Hong Kong is a highly developed country and has the largest number of skyscrapers of any city in the world.
In Chinees, Hong Kong means “Fragrant Harbour.” Hong Kong is an island and has several other small islands spread across the area. Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated city in the world.
One known fact about Hong Kong, is there are more Rolls Royce per person than any other city in the world.
Most of the apartment in Hong Kong doesn’t have fourth floor since the numeric four in Chinees sounds like “death” and thus fourth floor is omitted quite commonly. Conversely numeric eight means wealth and considered as lucky number.
