Panning photography is one of the long exposure photography require relatively low shutter speed and shoot the object while it’s moving keeping clear focus on the moving object. Only the objects appears clear and sharp and rest of the background becomes blurred and create a sense of speed around the moving object.
Panning shot can be tried with moving car or a bicycle rider, cruising boat, plane take off, and anything that you see moving which can create a feel of speeding objects.
