Delhi is always on the top of the traveler list even across the globe due to it’s architectural brilliance and tombs are another attraction due to it’s structural geometry, symmetry and beauty.
There are two major tombs in Delhi:
Humayun’s Tomb is the tomb of Mughal emperor Humayun build in 1565 using a red stone, first of its kind at such a scale and it was a first garden tomb in Indian subcontinent.
The complex encompasses the main tomb of the Emperor Humayun, which houses graves of members of the Mughal dynasty. Within the tomb garden, there is a Charbagh Garden which is built in Persian style

Safdarjung’s Tomb is another sandstone and marble mausoleum in Delhi. It was built in 1754 in the Mughal Empire style for Nawab Safdarjang. The monument has an ambience of spaciousness and an imposing presence with its domed and arched red brown and white coloured structures.
