HIBISCUS – SHOE FLOWER

Hibiscus most commonly known as the “shoe flower” because these were traditionally used to polish shoes in few countries. The juice from the petals is used in as shoe-blacking.

Hibiscus flowers is also used to make the tea and known by many names around the world and is served both hot and cold. The beverage is known for its red colour, tart flavour, and vitamin C content.
